ACT currently cares for 235 dogs and 69 cats, all of whom have been rescued from extreme suffering or danger and are now in the loving care of our staff at our three beautiful sanctuaries in northern Taiwan. Because we understand the importance of keeping dogs and cats as healthy and happy as possible, we feed only raw food, including meat, bones, organs, eggs, garlic, vinegar, fish oil, and seaweed powder—and they LOVE it! It costs about the same as feeding dry pellets but we save a fortune in veterinary bills, meaning your donations go even further to help the strays of Taiwan. Each week, the raw food bill at ACT comes to around £1,535 / NT$58,000 / US$2,010 / AU$2,681 / €1,847—that averages out to £5 / NT$200 / US$6.50 / AU$8.75 / €6.00 per dog or cat. Please consider donating a little to ensure these once-suffering strays can get the delicious, healthy food they need and deserve.
